The former lime works in Itchington was a brown field development. The site required remediation throughout with the final  finish  needing  an  imported  subsoil  and  topsoil  capping layer.  Excavated  material  was  kept  on  site  in  a  Landscaped bund to create a visual barrier to the motorway. The access lane was upgraded from a bridal way to an adopted highway with granite kerbs used to be in keeping with the surroundings.  17 plots were completed on site with Groundrich carrying out all aspects of the ground works to DPC level and hard landscaping throughout the site.
